Shipping is determined by the weight of the order at check-out.

Some of the heavier items will require additional shipping charges after you have completed your order but before the order ships out.

We use USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for the vast majority of our orders. If you order a lighter item, it will ship out via USPS First Class Mail. If you would like to upgrade that to USPS Priority Mail, please let us know at checkout and we can send you an email invoice for the additional shipping charges.

Please retain all packaging until the contents of your order have been examined. At this time, we cannot accept returns on the pre-packaged items that have been opened.

If you need to return your order of, please write ’return to sender’ on it and send it back to us in all the original packaging after notifiying us of the return. Original S & H is non-refundable.
